BayWood Mfg. Company commercial steel overhead doors are manufactured from fully galvanized steel sections that are prime coated and factory finished with top quality paint. All of our commercial steel overhead doors are manufactured to meet the most rigid architectural specifications.

The BayTherm 591 insulated door consists of 1 5/8" thick galvanized roll-formed .016" steel sections. The exterior and interior skins contain foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation (R=14.8) with full thermal break. The woodgrain embossed sections have a baked-on polyester paint. The bottom section contains an EDPM bulb-type astragal. All section joints are tongue and gasketed grooved.

Options include thermal insulated vision lites, high lift track, full vertical track, 3 inch track, and high cycle torsion springs.
